Pioneers zero21 are holding the Space4Mobility Hackathon Vienna from November 24 – 27, 2020 and November 30th – December 1st, 2020 (mainly virtual event) together with the Federal Ministry Republic of Austria for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation & Technology.

During the Hackathon Asfinag, Austro Control, ÖBB and Via Donau are looking for solutions to tackle their current challenges using either Earth Observation (EO) or GNSS data and services provided by EODC. Therefore, Pioneers were seeking passionate individuals and startups in the Geodesy, SpaceTech and Data Analytics field, who want to showcase their expertise in a first prototype.

During the virtual Hackathon (preparation week + final day) applicants can meet other entrepreneurs and scientists, will receive valuable feedback from experienced corporate mentors on their product or business idea and have the chance to set the corner stone for a collaboration with one of the corporate partners. The final event will take place on December 1st, where applicants will showcase their prototype to a highly curated expert jury.
