The processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) of the DSGVO, is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interest, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the user do not outweigh the interest of the former
2.3 Data Deletion and Storage Duration
The personal data of the user will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the collection and storage of the data is reached. The personal data may be further stored as provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which our company is subject.
The deletion of the data takes place when the storage period prescribed by the mentioned regulations, expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for a conclusion or a fulfilment of a contract.
